Instant Access Audio Conferencing

Instant Access conferencing is a quick and easy, reservationless, direct dial teleconferencing service. It allows you to hold a conference call anytime, day or night, from any telephone, without advance reservation or operator assistance. Authorized users get a toll free access number and 2 passcodes - one for all participants, one for the host.

Select the type of Instant Access conference to meet your needs for any given situation:

•Host Dial Out

A Meet Me conference has each participant dialing into the conference. Alternatively, the host can initiate the call and dial out to the participants. You can even mix Meet Me and Dial Out in a single conference.

You can set up and control the conference call from your phone or use an optional easy to use web interface. The web interface can include a convenient address book to dial out to the participants if you wish. All you need is an Internet connection and any Java-enabled browser.

To ensure a successful, well organized, and productive Instant Access Conference, we suggest a maximum of up to 25 participants. For larger groups, or certain specific types of conferences like investor relation calls, press releases, and all employee meetings, we suggest our Operator Assisted Conferencing Services.
